DereChat is an entertainment application accessible via web browser that allows users to engage in text-based conversations with fictional anime-style AI characters powered by artificial intelligence.

You must be at least 16 years old to use DereChat. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this Service.

You agree NOT to: Content Violations: • Post, share, or request explicit sexual content • Use the Service for illegal activities or harassment • Attempt to manipulate AI responses for harmful purposes Technical Violations: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service • Use bots, scripts, or automation • Attempt to bypass message limits or payment systems Consequences: Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

Free Tier: • Limited daily messages • Access to basic features Premium Subscriptions: • Unlimited messages • Priority access to new characters • Enhanced features • Auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly, annual) Consumable Purchases: • Bonus message packs for one-time use

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Profile settings

• Subscription refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase • Refunds for subsequent billing cycles are granted on a case-by-case basis • Consumable purchases (message packs) are non-refundable once used • To request a refund, contact support@derechat.com with your order details • Refunds are processed through Stripe within 5-10 business days

All content in DereChat is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws: • Service design, code, and functionality • Character names, designs, and personalities • Graphics, images, and visual assets • Branding and trademarks

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are NOT liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities • Emotional distress or psychological harm • Damages resulting from AI-generated content • Service interruptions or data breaches

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account in the Profile settings or contacting us at support@derechat.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the European Union regulations. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (US users) or in your local courts (EU users).
